Perhaps only one of its kind, this platform recognizes and awards the front-line retail store personnel who have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and dedication.
Let us face it. Even in the advent of the online shopping era, ultimately these front-end retail employees, be at the stores, or the delivery guys, are the face of the brand. These are the people who interact with customers and hold a very responsible position: The way they behave and indulge the customer is what leaves a lasting impression upon which customer loyalty to the brand hinges to a great extent.
All in all, a very productive event, where I got to interact with the best retail leaders in India.
